Overview
The IBTTA Annual Summit is where every tolling authority, concessionaire, and transport agency in the Americas meets for the week. Carma will be on the floor at booth 320, right in the Dallas–Fort Worth agencies' backyard. If you're an operator, consultant, or policy lead working on tolling, HOV, VMT, or any kind of smartphone-based mobility payments, stop by. We'd like to meet you.

What we'll be showing
Four live agency programs plus a consumer launch, all on one platform:
- Dallas–Fort Worth — smartphone HOV verification on the TEXpress Lanes, 110,000+ users and 136,000 verifications per month. The largest smartphone-based HOV deployment anywhere.
- San Bernardino — GoMoneyMiles, SBCTA's VMT Mitigation Bank. The first operating VMT bank in the United States, verified trip-by-trip.
- Los Angeles — LA Metro's One Car Challenge, paying households to leave the second car parked. Live cohort.
- Seattle — smartphone tolling on SR 520, independently validated at 99.97% accuracy by CDM Smith for the Washington State Transportation Commission.
- Hey Tolly — launching this week. A free consumer tolling assistant from Carma. Every published toll rate in America, sourced from the operator and dated. heytolly.com.

Carma's leadership team will be at booth 320 across all four days:
